Schedules stored on your device

The free schedule builder saves event details in your browser’s local storage. These schedule details are not sent to our servers or to Google Analytics. Clearing browser data may remove them.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the website. Google Analytics may collect usage information such as visited pages, session activity, approximate location, and browser or device information, and may use a first-party cookie to distinguish visitors and sessions. We do not send your schedule titles, notes, locations, or other schedule content to Google Analytics.

Basic website data

Our hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamps to deliver and protect the service.

Your choices

You can remove saved schedule data by clearing your schedule in the builder or clearing this site’s browser storage. You can also restrict analytics cookies through your browser settings or use private browsing.
