Schedules stored on your device

The free schedule builder saves event details in your browser's local storage. These schedule details are not sent to our servers, Google Analytics, or advertising providers. Clearing browser data may remove them.

If you create a share link, the schedule data needed to open that copy is encoded in the link. Anyone who receives the link may be able to view the included schedule, so avoid sharing sensitive information.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the website. Google Analytics may collect usage information such as visited pages, session activity, approximate location, and browser or device information, and may use a first-party cookie to distinguish visitors and sessions. We do not send your schedule titles, notes, locations, or other schedule content to Google Analytics.
